About the role 

As a Technical Delivery Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert in implementing our system. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, you will identify and address customer implementation requirements, translating them into actionable solutions and overseeing implementation to completion. Additionally, you will provide training and support to ensure customer proficiency in the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Management:
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Data Specialist, and/or Development Specialist to gather and understand customer implementation requirements.
• Analyse requirements critically to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Interpret customer business processes and challenges, proposing tailored solutions accordingly.
• Document and finalise requirements for system triggers, custom exports/reports, or development work, ensuring timely delivery.

• Meticulous attention to detail to maintain high-quality work standards.
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with confidence in addressing queries and issues.
• Ability to propose alternative solutions or approaches confidently.
• Knowledge or experience in HTML and Visual Studio Code is advantageous.
• Familiarity with JavaScript is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, including document creation and mail merge, is beneficial.
