Data Scientist Degree Apprenticeship - Level 6
As a Data Science Degree Apprentice, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your skills and knowledge in data science while earning a degree. This is a pioneering new role in our UK company, working within our UK Business Development, Insights and Research Function, with access to a Career Development Coach.
Role
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data for analysis
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights
- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Collaborate with our strategic advisors, cross-industry leaders and business development teams to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate model performance
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in data science and related fields
Training
- BSc (Hons) Data Science
- Training is delivered both remotely and in the classroom at the University of Nottingham
- Training is block release
- Functional Skills in English if required
Upon successful completion of your academic studies and good level of performance during work you would be invited to apply to take up a full-time position with us.
