Role: Accounting Officer

Location: Sittingbourne

Hours: Full time/On-site/FTC

Salary: Up to £30k

Are you an established Accountant, Management Accountant, Finance Office or similar and looking for your next move?

Working for a market-leader in IT solutions, offering a wide range of business continuity services for small, medium and large enterprises & public sector organisations. After a period of current growth and expansion, we're pleased to be helping our client in their search for a Accounting Officer to join their team on a 12-month FTC. Ideally you will have experience working in an IT MSP environment.

Responsibilities: not limited too

• Assisting with Sales & Purchase ledger tasks
• Assisting with & maintaining cash flow forecasts
• Assisting with monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and Producing month-end in relation to: Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Accruals & Deferred Income

Skills:

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Organisation and communication skills - written and verbal

Qualifications:

• AAT qualified or equivalent, ideally working towards CIMA or ACMA
• Previous experience in relevant finance role (3+years)
