Python Coder - Data Engineer - Azure/Power BI - Hybrid - City

A Python coder with SQL (Analytics Engineer) is required by a leading insurance firm... someone who has Power Bi skills some Azure knoweldge would be ideal or other cloud technology and DevOps pipelines experience

Our client is looking for a Data Engineer who is technically minded who will have the opportunity to have a broad and varied workload of interesting data enginees, covering Pricing & Rating engines...

• Support the Head of AE in Strategic planning and quarterly objective setting 
• Introduce pragmatic solutions to current business challenges using previous experience within the industry
• Lead Engineering engagement with Actuarial SMEs and Underwriters
• Mentor Analytics Engineering team members to develop and maintain end-to-end ETL processes
• Maintain a high level of coding and technical standards across the team
• Demonstrate a high level of technical capability in Python, SQL, and JSON
• Maintain a rigorous and scalable CI/CD process across multiple DevOps projects
• Maintain and develop Azure Modules to maturise our automated data pipelines and analyses
