IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer – 2nd/3rd line, Windows, Networks

This is a permanent position, paying £35-40k depending on related experience and will require on-site working across 2 clients in London (East London & Central London).

Working for a successful, growing MSP you will be splitting your time between working onsite for one of their most important clients, providing a 2nd line infrastructure support, within a Windows environment.

Ideally you will be competent providing tech support across:

• MS 365
• Windows 10/11
• MS Server
• Azure
• Intune and MDM
• Sharepoint
• Networking – Fortinet or Nutanix

The company invest in their staff, paying for related exams and offer payrises in line with new certifications.

The work is Monday-Friday, standard working hours, with an option to join a paid for on-call scheme (not mandatory).
