Job summary

Were seeking an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) within Healthcareto join our End Point Assessment team. As an IEPA, youll play an integral part in the success of apprentices by supporting them in taking the assessments for their apprenticeship and grading their assessments. This is therefore a great opportunity to use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others.

Main duties of the job

Added to this, youll be working at the forefront of End Point Assessment, as NCFE work with Independent Training Providers, Further Education Colleges, and Employment Providers to drive valuable partnerships across the developing world of Apprenticeships and EPA.

Job responsibilities

How youll make an impact:

  • Delivering EPA in line with the Health Care Support Worker L2, Senior Healthcare Support Worker L3 and Assistant Practitioner L5 standards
  • Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
  • Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency
  • Communicating with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential
  • A recognised Assessor qualification (or the commitment to work towards)

Experience

Essential
  • At least 3 years occupational competency within a Healthcare role
  • Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and are able to work independently
