IT Support Apprentice
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assist with the day-to-day workings of our IT Support Business. You will join a great team who are already providing support to many homes and businesses across Haverhill. Offering IT Support remotely and onsite, as well as assisting with repairs on customers devices.
Role
- Reporting directly to the “” you will be assisting with IT Support queries from out customers, through email/phone and remote.
- Visiting our customers at their premises to carry out IT support.
- Repairing Hardware from our clients and walk in customers.
- Using our instore POS system to take payments and assisting in keeping inventories of stock up to date.
Training
- IT Solutions Technician Level 3 apprenticeship qualification
- Functional Skills Level 2 Maths and English to be taken if an equivalent grade has not been achieved.
- Offer of a position as a full time IT Support Technician.
