Technical Author - Job Description: 

As a Technical Author, your role will involve researching and analyzing complex technical information to create technical documents that enable customers to operate specific equipment safely and efficiently or to increase their knowledge of a particular technology.

Key Competencies: 

• High level of competence using MadCap Flare.
• High level of competence using other PC-based applications for desktop publishing, photo editing / digital imaging software.  Proficient with Microsoft office Excel.
• Demonstratable experience in a technical author role.
