Pay Range/details: Up to circa £50,000

As a Network Administrator, you'll report directly to the Network Service Specialist, providing centralised administration for network operations, security, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities – Network Service Administrator

• Manage incident and request queues, directing tasks appropriately.
• Handle certificate management, ensuring timely renewal.
• Maintain asset records to avoid expiration issues.
• Monitor firmware patching compliance.
• Administer the Egress OS File transfer solution.

Qualifications & Requirements – Network Service Administrator

• Security Clearance to SC level (BPSS to start)
• Ability to travel within the UK and Europe if required.
• ITIL experience
• Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Team player with motivation to inspire others.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools and service reporting
• Defence or public sector experience.
