Business Administrator Apprentice (Pacific Computers)
Internal sales administrator wanted to join a busy audio-visual company based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Role
- Our Internal Sales team sit at the core of everything we do. They provide a centralised internal sales function directly to our clients, building great relationships with them through regular contact and responsiveness to requests.
- They provide administrative support to our external sales team and our management team, processing sales orders, purchase orders and other requests to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- They provide project support functions to the sales team and the service delivery teams, by ensuring that all necessary arrangements for successful installations are made – for example by liaising with clients to arrange access, or with third parties for specialist services, or by making travel arrangements, or attending client progress meetings and following up actions. And, as the team most likely to be processing purchase orders, they have great, constructive relationships with our key vendors, getting involved in regular supplier reviews and staying up to date with the technology and commercial offerings from our vendors.

Training
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
Level 3 Business Administrator qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
