Today, we have over 420 employees and offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Manchester and London. Protector began providing insurance on 1 January 2004. Since then, the company has demonstrated rapid growth and development, and is today among the medium-sized enterprises on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Our goal is to continue the strong growth. We are the challenger in the insurance market, and we endeavour to maintain this role through our cost management and selective distribution strategy. From the launch of Protector in Norway in 2004, we have subsequently expanded and opened offices in Sweden in 2011, in Denmark in 2012, and in Finland and the United Kingdom in 2015. We deliver non-Marine insurance products to the Commercial and Public Sectors in all our territories. The Protector’s business model is the same for all the countries we operate in, although we only sell Change of Ownership insurance in Norway. Much of our future growth will come from markets outside Norway.
