2nd Line Support Engineer - Guildford, Surrey.

£30000-£40000 + Microsoft training + Benefits

Leading MSP with offices across the South, are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to work with Public and Private sector clients across the South East. The position is hybrid based and will join an existing 2nd line team.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer will require:

• Proven track record working at a 2nd Line Support Engineer level, with experience working for an MSP preferred (not essential)
• Experience in 3rd line support beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to translate technical issues to non-technical staff.
• Strong desktop support skills with an eye for detail and excellence.
• A strong understanding of the Service Management Environment (ITIL).
• Driving license

Being a premier Microsoft partner, candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of Windows 11 & 12, M365 and back up technology would be preferred, and specific training will be offered allowing all applicants the opportunity to gain additional Microsoft certifications.
