Support Technician

Support Technician | Desktop Support | Windows, HP Kit, Mobile phones, MS Outlook, Office 16:

Must be able to obtain SC Clearance | Must have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years

Key Information:

• Duration: 3 months - very highly likely extensions.
• Pay: £135p/d - £145p/d Inside
• Location: On site In Edinburgh
• Start Date: On or before the 1st of July
• Circa 7.5 working hours per day

The Key Requirements:

• Desktop Support to users on site
• Provide remote support to users in other offices
• Supporting HP kit, docking stations, keyboards, mice
• Samsung phones & iPhone.
• Windows 10/11 environment
• MS Outlook & Office 2016
• Software Installation & some App support that comes with it.

Desirable:

• Video conferencing & telephony support
