ERP Helpdesk Specialist
Our client based in Northamptonshire, are seeking an ERP Helpdesk Specialist to join their growing business to provide telephone and remote software support for Sage 200 and other products.
Hours: Full time (7.5 hours from 9am to 5:30pm).
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- To provide product support for ERP(Sage) software and associated products.
- To attend project handovers and resulting on-site pre-project analysis visits.
- To install Sage and Sage-related software.
- Post installation support (telephone, email and remote).
- Specific Products (Training available where required) including Sage 200 ERP software/Microsoft Business Central software, Sicon and Draycir Add-on modules.
- Enthusiasm and confidence.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Interest in IT.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Helpdesk experience (an advantage).
- Sage 200 experience (an advantage).
- Car driver essential.
