Responsibilities

• Define the best solutions for projects
• Produce project plans and costings for every project
• Conduct user research and workshops with creatives and UX leads
• Oversee design and development of web builds - Drupal and WordPress mainly
• Conduct quality assurance testing
• Monitor spend to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Ensure all projects are delivered to a high creative and technical standard
• Be the main point of contact to clients throughout the entire process
• Manage client expectations
• Pursue future opportunities with clients

Skills
