Here's what you'll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer, ideally within a low-latency development environment.
• A strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns for high-performance applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Core Java, the JVM, and garbage collection optimization techniques.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools to ensure smooth operation.
• A plus: experience with low-latency libraries (e.g., JCStress, FasterXML Jackson) and familiarity with financial markets, particularly digital assets.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with e-trading messaging protocols and real-time market data feeds.
• Knowledge of time-series databases commonly used in financial markets.
