Junior ERP Analyst

Working with a fast growing business in Daventry in their search for a Junior ERP Support. This is a permanent, on site full time role paying up to £32,000 per annum.

This is a full-time office-based role for a Junior ERP Support Technician at our Daventry office. As a Junior ERP Support Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the ERP business software applications our clients use. You will work closely with our clients to provide prompt and effective support in a friendly, efficient way.

The ERP business software is Dynamics but full training can be provided.

Requirements / Qualifications

- An outgoing personality who is comfortable talking with people at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, and being organised and self-motivated.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
