Level 3 Sales/Admin Apprentice
Great opportunity for a motivated apprentice to join a forward thinking Cyber Security Company that really invests in it's people. This is an exciting role, primarily focused on assisting with a variety of admin activities within the sales team. However, there is scope to also get involved in a variety of other activities across the business.
Role
Sales Support responsibilities include:
- Answering customer queries via email, webchat and telephone
- Creating simple quotes
- Create draft sales proposals for sales team from templates
- Market research
- Maintaining the sales database (CRM)
- Research events
- Research leads
- Escalating as needed to other members of the team
Training
Business Administration Level 3.
Functional skills in maths and English (if required).
Colchester Institute, 1 day per week, Colchester Campus.
Progression onto Sales Executive Level 4.
