Scrum Master - Government - SC Cleared

SR2 is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a multi-year programme of work designing a first-of-its-kind solution.

The programme in question is a large digital transformation effort designing a new service for the UK government. This role will sit on the fraud pod; any previous experience in this area would be very helpful but not essential.

Experience required

• Extensive GDS experience
• Prior experience of fraud (advantageous)
• Active SC clearance
• 5 years + Scrum Master / DM experience
• Excellent knowledge of Agile
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
• Ability to work in fast paced sometimes pressured environments with different suppliers and stakeholders

This is an outside IR35 role offering a long term rolling contract.
