Role

  • Providing the Performance team with support and enhanced resource in the compilation and documentation of efficient and effective performance data to assist in driving improvement.

  • Ensure that colleagues across the business are able to receive performance information relevant to them, enabling them to make appropriate decisions to drive performance improvement.

  • Working with teams across the business to analyse performance, using available data to understand what’s happening and why.

  • Ensuring that relevant delays and data are captured and logged correctly in performance systems.

Training

  • To support your development within the role, you will undertake the Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship standard, this learning will provide you with the underpinning knowledge and skills to be successful.

  • You will be assigned a Professional Coach, who will deliver training sessions, supporting you 1:1 to gain new knowledge and skills required for successful completion of your apprenticeship.

  • You will complete various assessments which will demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the subject and form part of your portfolio.

  • Training will be one day a week, but will be flexible depending on the needs of the apprenticeship course whether this will be face-to-face or online.

This apprenticeship will start your career as a Data Technician, leading you into a career as a Data Analyst.
