The role of Project Manager

Our client, who is based in Northampton and is a Microsoft Dynamics Partner, has a new opening for a Project Manager to join their existing team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have experience of working with customers and implementing Microsoft solutions, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics Power Apps Portals.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years' experience of technical project management
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle from business analysis to delivery
• Project management methodology, such as knowledge of Agile
• Able to develop a comprehensive project plan that includes scope, timelines, communication plan, risk analysis and migration plans if applicable
• Stakeholder management skills
• Presentation and communication skills
• Experience of managing various external suppliers
• Experience of using project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira and use of Scrum or Kanban boards
• Business analysis, user scenario mapping, defining requirements
• Able to manage multiple delivery projects simultaneously
• Able to participate in aspects of project delivery such as testing and systems configuration.

Desirable Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Apps Platform, Microsoft Portals / Power Pages
• Microsoft Azure
• Power BI
• SharePoint
• Experience of working within a consulting environment
• Experience of implementing Microsoft solutions such as Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI and Azure
• Experience with corporate websites, intranets and extranets.
