Programme Director needed with active SC Security Clearance + Banking domain experience. 6 Month Contract. Outside IR35. Start ideally by 7/14 May.

Hybrid working with 3 days/week working remotely (WFH) and 2 days/week working from the office in London.

A chance to work with a leading digital transformation business on a large data modernization programme for a Banking organisation:

• Programme Director needed to lead a large-scale Data Modernization and Transformation programme for a large Banking / Financial Services institution.
• Programme experience: data management, data analytics, data governance, data quality + data integration programmes.
• Driving the full programme life-cycle, from planning, execution to successful delivery within agreed scope, budget and time constraints.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders (including executives / board level), to ensure that the programme delivers to strategic objectives.
• Providing strategic leadership and direction to the Data Modernization and Transformation programme.
• Creating a comprehensive programme plan, including governance framework, project milestones, resource allocation and risk management.
• Planning, execution and monitoring of all programme activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Setting programme budgets, tracking expenses + reporting financial performance to senior management.
• Identifying / mitigating programme risks + establishing programme governance and ensure compliance with policies + regulations.
• Delivering presentations + reports key stakeholders, including senior management and board of directors.
• PMP, Prince2 and Agile qualifications are advantageous.
