Junior Software Developer Apprentice
We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic apprentice to join our business based in Sheffield on Ecclesall Road. You must have a genuine interest in technology and software development, coupled with curiosity, a willingness to learn & ask questions, and an aptitude for precision in your work.
Role
- Configuration of client systems, e.g. for data migration & database replication
- Development of custom jobs and pipelines for the above
- Small development fixes for custom Lambdas in NodeJS/Python/GoLang/C#
- Monitoring of client systems and identifying problems and solutions
Training
- Software development technician (level 3) apprentice training
- Training one day per week
- Online training can be performed in our office or at home
- Promotion to a more senior level and greater autonomy
- Increased involvement in analysis and design of solutions
