Set up Technician Apprentice
This is an opportunity to learn the skills needed to be a competent IT professional and gain lots of experience in computer hardware. The role will involve cyber security and first-line support as well as other duties. The ideal candidate will gain experience working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking & prioritising are essential.
Role
- Working within the team to learn about TEAMCo’s business shadowing/assisting staff members from time to time to build up knowledge
- Cyber security
- First line support
- Set up exam venues and de-rig
- Warehouse preparation of equipment
- Image creation config and sign-off process
- General administration tasks
- Collate data and information on problem resolutions and keep accurate records
Training
Whilst working towards their Information Communications Technician Level 3 Qualification the candidate will also gain the following certifications:
- APMG – Information Security Analyst Foundation
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Cloud Essentials+
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Higher Apprenticeships: Level 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship, Level 4 Cyber Security Technician Apprenticeship
