Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice
Established in 1985, Travel Club Elite is an award-winning travel agency based in Birmingham. Currently recruiting for a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer, this is a new and exciting opportunity to not only become part of the digital marketing industry but also the travel industry.
Role
- The development and update of content for our web site and marketing channels (both written and visual) that is search engine friendly, follows brand messages and that drives customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Keyword research & targeting for search engine optimisation / paid search
- Paid marketing activities to drive acquisition, their measurement and daily optimisation
- The use of Google Analytics and Search Console to measure, improve and report upon performance
- The design, production and measurement of HTML email campaigns and preparation of landing pages
- Maintenance of customer data for marketing purposes
The update of social media channels to keep them relevant: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Assistance with day-to-day business needs
Training
Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
- The successful candidate will undertake a fifteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM
- This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions
- You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification
- You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body
- Potential to progress into a permanent position or higher level marketing programme within the organisation
