Your Responsibilities:

Generate Actionable Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and operational decision-making across diverse business functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and enhance customer value.
Cross-functional Partnership: Forge robust relationships with departments such as Finance, Product, Commercial, Technology, and Marketing to facilitate goal attainment.
Empowerment through Analytics: Provide colleagues with access to self-serve reporting and analytics tools, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Experiment Design: Design and execute rigorous experiments to unlock insights that fuel business growth.
Performance Benchmarking: Conduct performance benchmarking activities within markets and across regions to drive continuous improvement.
Support Group-wide Initiatives: Assist the central data analytics team in executing group-wide projects aligned with central functions including Product, Technology, Finance, and Strategy.

Your Experience:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in analysis roles within consumer-facing digital businesses.
Statistical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in inferential statistics, including experiment design, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and storytelling abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience. Familiarity with tools such as Github, dbt, Python, and modern BI platforms (e.g., Apache Superset, Looker, Tableau) is highly desirable.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, preferably with an outstanding academic record.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to build collaborative relationships, even in remote settings, with a positive attitude and a passion for making a meaningful impact.
