Project & Logistics Administrator Apprentice
Tevalis, a growing software solution company in Hessle is looking for a Project and Logistics Administrator Apprentice to join their team. In this role, you will support the Project Manager and the wider team. Tevalis has a reputation for converting apprentices to full-time employment, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress.
Role
- Communication with clients via email
- Creation of calendar invites for project milestones
- Updating the project management tools on behalf of the Project Manager
- Ordering equipment for projects.
- Facilitation of the return of broken equipment via our RMA process
Training
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)
You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship - delivery method and location to be confirmed. There will also be an end point assessment.
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
