THE ROLE:

They are currently looking for an IT Recruiter/ Internal Resourcer to join the team dealing with candidate acquisition, management and placement on behalf of clients.

Researching will be your main duty. If you were starting a research project for a client, for example, you might start with creating a strategy, then move onto compiling reports and summaries of the data gathered ensuring its absolute accuracy for candidate selection.

You'll frequently work alongside Service Delivery Managers or clients directly. As a research consultant, the invaluable information you provide will help them to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own specific candidate groups (Towers) to ensure candidates are available and suitable to meet resource opportunities

  • Build strong internal relationships with HRO/RPO resourcing team

  • Networking with key clients from the current database to identify leads for new opportunities, PROVEN SALES TRACK RECORD IN RELATED ENVIROMENTS.

  • Building/ joining / using online forums and groups to identify new resource / revenue opportunities

  • Maintaining agreed KPIS for call lists, sales targets and consultant / customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage group interview session and on boarding of resources to support Account Team.

  • Quality of information provided to the rest of the organisation to be accurate and on time to ensure consultant and business relationships are maintained.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you must have relevant experience in a similar role Recruitment / Resourcing role with proven ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. You will be sales focused with the ability and desire to exceed targets as well as excel in a fast paced environment and able to prioritise your workload.

You will ideally have gained your experience within IT recruitment or have a strong IT knowledge although this can be trained for the right candidate. An understanding of the IT and Finance environment within the UK is essential.

Key skills and experience:

  • Able to use databases, spread sheets, word processing and accounts packages to maintain required records and deliver targets

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar recruitment solutions.

  • Able to work accurately, with good attention to detail

  • Good organisational and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Have good commercial awareness

  • Proven sales, diplomacy, negotiation, advisory, and networking skills
