We are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in finding high-calibre individuals to solve our clients' global hiring needs.  We are seeking an money motivated, commercially-aware and articulate 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our driven, vibrant team. Responsibilities and duties As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will supervise the whole recruitment process that involves account management, business development, and building great relationships with clients and candidates. You will be supported by the team at all times. You will need to be a people-person, able to communicate confidently over the phone, with interest in helping us grow Trilogic recruitment further with the ability to progress through the ranks. Requirements Requirements Highly Money Motivated and driven Comfortable with the idea of business development/sales Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and potential clients Ability to qualify for job requirements and effectively relay information to co-workers. Eager to learn and be the best version of yourself Computer literate and very strong communication skills (written and verbal) Fluent English is essential.
