Salary: £23,500 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience

As our client's new IT & VoIP Support Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering first-class technical support to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support, resolving issues swiftly to maintain and enhance service reliability.
