Senior Requirements Consultant

A leading public sector and defence consultancy based in the heart of the South West are seeking a Senior Requirements Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent working on hybrid basis based out of Corsham. 

The role has an immediate start with immediate interview slots. 

You will need to hold live and active Security Clearance (SC) or (DV) clearance from the offset.

Senior Requirements Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for systems
• Develop and maintain comprehensive systems requirements documentation
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify and prioritize requirements
• Implement best practices for requirements management and traceability
• Work to DOORS and TOGAF Methodologies 

 Senior Requirements Engineer Key skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Live and Active Security Clearance / DV Clearance
• MOD or similar environment experience
• Proven experience in systems and/or requirements management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with industry-standard requirements management tools - DOORS & TOGAF
