Role

As a Content and Social Media Apprentice, you'll immerse yourself in diverse tasks aimed at honing your skills in digital marketing and content creation. Your typical day or week will be dynamic and varied, encompassing activities such as:

  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights to optimize content and campaigns.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to participate in training sessions led by experienced professionals. Through hands-on experience and guidance, you'll develop a comprehensive skill set in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing strategies. This apprenticeship offers a unique blend of practical learning and theoretical knowledge, setting you on the path to success in the dynamic world of digital media.

Training

Content creator Level 3 standard to include:

Training Structure: Your training experience will encompass a balanced blend of on-the-job and off-the-job learning modules. Off-the-job training sessions will occur regularly, where you'll delve into theoretical aspects of content creation and social media strategy at a dedicated training center. This structured approach ensures you gain a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and principles.

On-the-job training is integral to your development journey. You'll work closely with our seasoned professionals, who will guide you through real-world tasks and scenarios within the workplace. Through their mentorship, you'll acquire practical skills and insights necessary for excelling in content creation and social media management roles.

In addition to scheduled off-the-job training sessions, supplemental learning opportunities will be available in-house or remotely. This flexibility allows you to seamlessly integrate learning with your work commitments, fostering a conducive environment for skill acquisition and growth. Such sessions will complement your office hours, scheduled from 9 AM to 2 PM, ensuring a harmonious balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Functional skills in English if required.

Career Progression: As you progress through your apprenticeship, you'll unlock pathways for career advancement within our organization. Management and promotional prospects abound, offering you the chance to take on leadership roles and contribute to shaping our content creation and social media strategies. By the conclusion of your apprenticeship, you'll be equipped with the expertise and proficiency needed to thrive in the dynamic realm of digital media.

You will work towards becoming a Social Media Executive at the end of your apprenticeship. Further promotions may include roles such as Social Media Manager.
