What is the role As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will work closely with HR, IT and an external change management organisation to oversee the process of translating learning materials, you will help plan Train the Trainer sessions by identifying trainers, scheduling rooms … also track the completion of training, evaluate results and conduct follow-ups.
