Support the development and implementation of … the HR data strategy. Develop and produce the global HR dashboard; continually looking to improve people reporting capabilities. Manage the global people databases and sources including the Global HR database, Academy training data, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and any related HR governing data quality to ensure data is up-to-date, accurate and complete. Work closely with senior stakeholders, understanding their requirements and presenting solutions based on data insights. Provide data and analytics for regular projects and processes including organisational design work, talent acquisition, training, talent management, diversity & inclusion, performance management and succession planning. more »
