What you'll do Post: dealing with any physical post or email correspondence for the department, answering, or liaising with the department members or management to answer all enquiries. Licensing administration and reporting. Purchase order processing. Answering the phone and ServiceDesk ticket logging. Account creation/management. Asset management, including the maintenance of the asset management database, ensuring that records are updated and remain certification compliant.
