Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week) Objective: Augment the internal Efficacy and Security Engineering teams with hands-on consultants focused on WAF tuning and efficacy testing across Akamai, F5 , and cloud-native WAFs (covering at least two out of three major CSPs: AWS, Azure, GCP). This is a professional services engagement - not platform engineering-with a … focus on tuning rules, analysing data, reducing false positives, and validating control efficacy in production-like conditions. Scope Includes: Hands-on tuning experience with Akamai and F5 (minimum 1 of each). Custom rule creation , OWASP rule tuning (especially for F5), false positive reduction.
