As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support end-to-end business … including technical integration points and data mapping. Create visual artefacts such as ERDs, process maps, and decision trees to support development. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the key liaison between business users and IT delivery teams. Build strong relationships across the pricing, actuarial, underwriting, and technology functions. Navigate and balance differing stakeholder needs, ensuring business priorities are effectively communicated … risks, and escalate blockers where necessary. Candidate Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within insurance or reinsurance environments.
