Our client is urgently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in reporting and analytics to join their team on a contractor basis through to December 2025. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the Global Service Desk and the IT Service Management team, delivering regular insights on IT performance and supporting critical workflows and documentation.
