Summary of the role: Provide assurance of standard controls in Transformation & Change, so that Change portfolios and strategic programmes deliver good outcomes for Diligenta’s clients and their customers. Work with account and project teams to implement and embed the process frameworks, and advise on root cause analysis and lessons learned, in support of continuous process improvement.
