Your role will involve using advanced statistical methods to solve complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes. Insights Analyst - What will you be doing? * Delivering customer analysis to support business decision-making and tactical delivery.* Providing analytical input for developing customer strategy, marketing strategy and product development.* Utilising data analysis techniques and tools to deliver actionable customer intelligence.* Using statistical models to understand customer risk, value and behaviour.* Identifying data quality issues and suggesting improvements.
