The role is varied and no days are the same but will include: Advising on IT legal matters including software licensing, cybersecurity, and tech procurement Leading on data privacy, GDPR compliance, and data governance policies … exposure Assisting with disputes relating to IT systems and commercial contracts, and managing outside counsel Contributing to the design and implementation of internal policies and frameworks, particularly in IT governance, data protection, and contract management.
