IT Support Engineer – Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud Huddersfield (onsite) A busy IT team are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join their Huddersfield office. This role will see you handling escalations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects. You’ll be working in a fast-paced in-house … Active Directory and Group Policy will also feature regularly, and upcoming projects will give you the chance to get hands-on with Entra ID. The role would suit an IT enthusiast who enjoys solving problems, delivering results and providing excellent customer service. An MSP background would be a strong advantage as it gives you exposure to different systems … but it is not essential.
