Provide specialist knowledge and guidance on technical aspects of systems and services, acting as a local expert and reference point. Responsibilities include: assisting in the delivery of IT support for hardware, software, and peripheral equipment; resolving IT support calls efficiently; performing installations, configurations, relocations, and decommissioning of hardware and software; fault-finding and problem rectification; tracking support call progress; escalating issues appropriately; and promoting good practices in hardware, software, and IT security.
