IT Infrastructure Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract) Hybrid working policy: 3 days per week required in the office. The role will be responsible for the for the day-to-day management of infrastructure topologies within the organisation. Responsibilities: - Administer and monitor various systems including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, Cato Platform, Rubrik, Commvault … Juniper Mist, and APC. - Respond to ServiceNow tickets (3rd line) and resolve incidents. - Perform daily health checks of infrastructure services using management platforms like SolarWinds. - Analyse vulnerabilities using Rapid 7 and manage patching of servers, appliances, and switches. - Perform firmware updates for appliances like Kemp, Extreme APs, NetApp's, HP Servers, Rubrik, and Commvault. - Log tickets with MSP and … providers when services are impacted. - Decommission old servers as needed.
