AnexcitingopportunityhasarisenforanAzureInfrastructureAnalysttojoinadynamicSupport&Operationsteam.Thisisapivotalroleresponsibleformaintainingthestability,scalability,security,andperformanceofsystemsrunningontheMicrosoftAzureplatform. Youwillprovideexceptionalsupporttocustomersandtakeownershipofcomplextechnicalincidents,ensuringthesmoothoperationofcriticalhealthcareinfrastructure. AsanAzureInfrastructureAnalyst,youwillmanageandsupporttheAzure-basedinfrastructure,includingupdates,securitymanagement,andsystemmonitoring.Youwillworkwithateamofprofessionalsinafast-paced,globalenvironment,deliveringhigh-qualityservicetocustomerswhileadheringtoITILandGAMP5processes.Occasionalout-of-hoursandon-callworkaspartofarotamayberequired. Responsibilities: ProvideinfrastructuresupportforAzure-basedsystems,ensuringefficientandsecureoperation. Manageincidentsandescalatecomplexissues,ensuringtimelyresolutionandcommunication. Supportdistributedmicroservicesarchitectureandassistwithreleasedeployments. Monitorandreportonsystemperformanceandimplementserviceimprovementrecommendations. Engagewithdevelopment,QA,andproductteamstoresolveissues. Managesystemmonitoringsolutionsandprovideout-of-hourssupportasneeded. EnsureadherencetoChange,Incident,andProblemManagementprocedures.
