Build, customize and update a settlement schedule with more than 4000 activities (Primavera P6 scheduling software). Regularly updating the schedule through the bid phase considering established project management methods and project reporting (critical path analysis, milestone trend analysis, earned value management, deviation analysis). Detection of deviations and development of appropriate countermeasures,and etc … scheduling, resource and project planning and controlling, critical path analysis, network engineering. Proven professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning interfaces. PRIMAVERA Enterprise, P6/MS Project experience.
