You will be responsible for Lead design and execution of migration processes using tools (ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, Metalogix, BitTitan, Binary Tree, Mover, Migration Manager, HCW, PST import/export). Key Responsibilities: Analyse … file server data to identify ROT content and map structures to Microsoft365 destinations. Conduct pre/post-migration checks (data integrity, permissions, access, mail flow). Plan and manage migration waves to minimize downtime.
