For the area of Engineering located in Grimsby, UK , we invite Automation experts to submit applications for the role as Automation Engineer (OT Systems) Purpose & key responsibilities of the role You will be responsible for the design, implementation & maintenance of OT networks, and the maintenance & development of SQL … databases You will provide primary support for the site OT systems, including out-of-hours support You will create, modify & troubleshoot PLC software (predominantly Allen-Bradley) and SCADA software (GE iFIX) You will contribute to the development & implementation of the strategy in terms of reliability, obsolescence, ageing plant and improvements … a manufacturing environment You are proficient in SQL programming; and have experience of high-level programming language You have knowledge of M.E.S. and of OT network principles i.e. VLANs, segregation, routing etc You have strong problem-solving skills What we can offer you 25 days holiday + all bank holidays more »
