This role is vital to maintaining and improving internal quality systems and processes in line with customer and industry expectations. The Quality Systems Engineer will: Maintain and lead structured quality processes, adapting them … to meet specific customer requirements. Conduct internal audits, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Support the Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2015. Report on key production KPIs (e.g. scrap percentages, on-time delivery) and present findings in meetings. Lead external compliance and certification audits, including customer-led assessments.
