What is the opportunity? The Operational ResilienceManager, Testing, sits within the Respond and Adapt resilience pillar of the BOI UK Operational Resilience team, which ensures the bank anticipates, responds to, and recovers from disruptions leading methodology and approach maturity, aligned with PRA/FCA regulations and industry best practices. You will lead the full end … pillar and wider UK and Group testing activities. Collaborate closely with other Identify and Prepare, Respond and Adapt, and Recover and Learn Managers to ensure full alignment across the resilience lifecycle.
